As well as the main production of main shafts and blade hub, another range of parts for wind turbines are supported for machining and finished painting add value, like brake gags, spacer blocks, forks and so on.
For this parts, the machining centres are used, equipped with moving column combined with an automatic tilting head for machining at one work area or for machining on pendulum work cycle with NSM (Non Stop Machining). The incorporation of another axis at the worktable level enables machining of complex forms on 5 axis or multi-face machining in a single clamping.
Although the main production planned for the Euskadi plant is based in the wind power turbines, punctually works for other habitual clients will be done. So, the range of products offered is increasing according to customers needings.
